The Labour Party has said it will back a second referendum on Brexit, offering people the opportunity to remain in the European Union.
Sir Keir Starmer, shadow Brexit secretary, said a second vote would not offer people a no-deal option.
Instead, it would be a choice of staying in the EU and any deal that Theresa May manages to win backing for from MPs.
