Bromley: Toddler taken from pram at TK Maxx as man arrested for kidnapping

A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping after police said a two-year-old child was taken from its pram at a TK Maxx in southeast London. 

Police were called to Bromley High Street yesterday where the suspect had picked up the child and said to the child's mother that he would take them.
